REWARDS PROGRAM

The ODIX Cashback Program (the “Program”) is offered solely at ODIX’s exclusive discretion. Any user participating in the Program (the “User”) shall be deemed to have unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Users who do not accept these Terms may not benefit from the Program.

1. Definitions and Scope
1.1 “ODIX Wallet” refers to the User’s electronic money account.
1.2 “Transaction” refers to payment transactions carried out using ODIX cards.
1.3 “Monthly Period” refers to the period between 00:00 on the 1st day of a month and 23:59 on the last day of the same month.
1.4 “Card Types” refers to ODIX cards with BINs 442365 and 493875.
1.5 “Eligible Transaction” refers to transactions deemed valid within the scope of the Program.
1.6 “Cashback” refers to the USDT reward calculated at a rate of 2% on eligible transactions within the applicable monthly limits.
1.7 “Monthly Cashback Limit” refers to the maximum monthly cashback amount of 200 USDT per card.
1.8 The Program shall apply exclusively to ODIX cards whose first six (6) digits (BIN number) start with 442365 and 493875. ODIX reserves the right to determine and verify card eligibility at its sole discretion.


2. Nature of the Program and Scope Limitations
2.1 The Program does not constitute any investment, interest-bearing product, or guaranteed earnings commitment.
2.2 The following transaction types are excluded from cashback eligibility and shall not be considered Eligible Transactions: • financial institution transactions and money transfers, • electronic money institution transactions, wallet top-ups, and similar financial services, • cryptocurrency purchase/sale transactions or intermediary platform transactions, • cash withdrawals, cash advances, and cash-equivalent transactions, • prepaid card top-ups, • betting, gambling, and games of chance transactions, • tax payments, public payments, and official collections, • POS transactions that do not constitute genuine commercial activity.
2.3 ODIX reserves the right to make the final eligibility assessment on a transaction-bytransaction basis.
2.4 The User acknowledges that no entitlement or guaranteed benefit under the Program is assured.

3. Eligibility Requirements
3.1 Only active and verified account holders may participate in the Program.
3.2 Cashback shall only be calculated for fully settled transactions.
3.3 ODIX reserves the right to evaluate user eligibility within the framework of security, risk, and compliance criteria.

4. Cashback Calculation and Limits
4.1 Cashback shall be calculated at a rate of 2% on eligible transactions made during the Monthly Period, subject to the applicable monthly limits.
4.2 The maximum monthly cashback amount per card is 200 USDT.
4.3 Once the applicable limit is exceeded, additional transactions shall not generate cashback.

5. Payment, Exchange Rates, and Rounding
5.1 Cashback shall be paid in USDT no later than (X) business days following the end of the relevant month.
5.2 Foreign exchange conversions and USDT calculations shall be based on real-time exchange rates obtained from exchanges and liquidity providers designated by ODIX.
5.3 ODIX reserves the right to round calculations and payments upward or downward.

6. Cancellation, Refunds, Chargebacks, and Negative Balances
6.1 Transactions that are refunded, cancelled, or subject to chargeback shall be excluded from cashback eligibility.
6.2 Cashback earned from such transactions: • may be revoked, • may be deducted from the User’s balance.
6.3 If the User’s balance is insufficient: • a negative balance may be created, • future cashback payments may be offset, • ODIX may initiate collection procedures if deemed necessary.

7. Erroneous Payments and Right of Reversal
7.1 In the event of an erroneous cashback payment due to system errors, technical failures, or operational reasons, ODIX shall have the right to: • reclaim the relevant amount without obtaining additional approval from the User, • deduct such amount from the wallet balance, • create a receivable record for any outstanding amounts.

8. Fraud, Abuse, and Cashback Hunting
8.1 The following activities are prohibited: • self-spending and transactions between related accounts, • circular flow transactions, • artificial transaction volume generation, • conduct aimed at maximizing cashback unfairly.
8.2 ODIX shall evaluate transactions based on the following criteria: • abnormal transaction patterns, • high-frequency transactions, • merchant concentration, • inconsistency with economic reality.
8.3 In such cases, ODIX may: • cancel cashback, • reclaim paid cashback, • block accounts, • suspend card usage, • suspend or terminate the account.

9. Risk Review and Consent to Data Processing
9.1 The User expressly consents to the processing, analysis, and, where necessary, sharing of personal data with third parties within the scope of fraud prevention, risk analysis, and compliance procedures.
9.2 ODIX may request additional documents and information for transaction security purposes.

10. Tax Obligations
10.1 All taxes, declarations, and financial obligations arising from cashback amounts earned under the Program shall be the sole responsibility of the User.
10.2 ODIX shall bear no withholding, declaration, or tax liability in relation to such payments.

11. Custody and Nature of Assets
11.1 Cashback payments shall be made in crypto assets (USDT), and all risks related to the storage, transfer, and use of such assets shall belong to the User.
11.2 ODIX shall not be liable for risks arising from custody services, third-party service providers, or blockchain networks.

12. Force Majeure
12.1 The following events shall constitute force majeure events: • disruptions in blockchain and crypto asset networks, • failures caused by liquidity providers, • cyberattacks and security breaches, • technical infrastructure failures, • decisions of regulatory authorities.
12.2 ODIX shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from such events.

13. Modification and Termination of the Program
13.1 ODIX reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program within the framework of security risks, misuse, operational requirements, and compliance criteria.

14. Disclaimer of Liability
14.1 Cashback earnings are not guaranteed.
14.2 ODIX shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of opportunity.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
15.2 The competent courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

16. Binding Effect
16.1 Any User participating in the Program shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms.
