1. Campaign Purpose The ODIX Pay World Cup Prediction Campaign is organized to increase social media engagement for the ODIX Pay brand, introduce users to the ODIX Pay ecosystem, encourage registration and KYC completion within the ODIX Pay app, and create awareness for the ODIX Purple Virtual Card. The campaign is based on participants predicting the team they believe will win the World Cup. After the World Cup final match, winners will be selected by draw from eligible participants who correctly predicted the winning team.

2. Campaign Summary Participants will submit their World Cup winner prediction through the campaign post published on ODIX Pay’s official Instagram account. To participate in the campaign, participants must: 1. Follow the official ODIX Pay Instagram account, 2. Like the campaign post, 3. Comment the team they believe will win the World Cup, 4. Tag 3 friends in the same comment. Among eligible participants who correctly predict the winning team, 250 winners will be selected by draw. Each winner will receive a 20 USD reward. The reward will be provided through an ODIX Purple Virtual Card assigned to the winning user. In order to receive the reward, the winner must register on the ODIX Pay app and successfully complete the KYC verification process.

3. Campaign Participation Channel Participation in the campaign will only be accepted through ODIX Pay’s official Instagram account. Comments made outside the official campaign post, direct messages, posts on other social media platforms, story replies or messages sent directly to ODIX Pay will not be considered valid campaign entries. For an entry to be considered valid, the comment must be made under the official campaign post within the campaign period.

4. Participation Requirements Participants must complete all of the following steps in order to join the campaign. 4.1 Following the Instagram Account The participant must follow ODIX Pay’s official Instagram account during the campaign period. During the winner selection process, ODIX Pay may verify whether the selected participant follows the official ODIX Pay Instagram account. 4.2 Liking the Campaign Post The participant must like the official campaign post. During the winner selection process, ODIX Pay may verify whether the selected participant has liked the campaign post. 4.3 Submitting a Prediction Comment The participant must comment the team they believe will win the World Cup under the official campaign post. The prediction must be clear and understandable. If the team name is incorrect, unclear, ambiguous or cannot be reasonably understood from the comment, ODIX Pay reserves the right to consider the entry invalid. 4.4 Tagging 3 Friends The participant must tag 3 different Instagram accounts in the same comment. Incomplete tagging, tagging fake accounts, spam-like comments or repetitive inappropriate tagging may be considered invalid. 4.5 Participating Within the Campaign Period The participation comment must be submitted between the campaign start and end dates. Comments submitted after the campaign period has ended will not be accepted as valid entries.

5. Who Can Participate? The campaign is open to real individuals who meet the campaign participation requirements. In order to receive the reward, the participant must: • Register on the ODIX Pay app, • Successfully complete the KYC verification process, • Be eligible to receive an ODIX Purple Virtual Card, • Meet the eligibility criteria determined by ODIX Pay. ODIX Pay reserves the right to reject participation or reward entitlement for legal, technical, operational, security, compliance or risk-related reasons.

6. Who Cannot Participate? The following persons cannot participate in the campaign or receive a reward: • ODIX Pay employees, • Employees of agencies, consultants, suppliers or service providers involved in the preparation, execution or supervision of the campaign, • First-degree relatives of the above-mentioned persons, • Fake, bot or automated accounts, • Persons found to have participated through multiple fake accounts, • Persons who fail to successfully complete KYC verification, • Users considered risky, suspicious or unsuitable by ODIX Pay, • Persons who violate the campaign terms. ODIX Pay may request additional information, documents or verification from participants when deemed necessary.

7. Reward A total of 250 winners will be selected under the campaign. Each winner will receive a reward worth 20 USD. The reward will be provided through an ODIX Purple Virtual Card assigned to the winner. The reward will not be paid in cash. The reward cannot be transferred to another person. The reward cannot be exchanged for another product, service, card, account or cash payment. ODIX Pay reserves the right to change the method of reward delivery due to technical, operational or compliance requirements.

8. ODIX Purple Virtual Card Requirement Under this campaign, the reward will be assigned through an ODIX Purple Virtual Card. Therefore, in order to receive the reward, the winner must register on the ODIX Pay app and be eligible to receive an ODIX Purple Virtual Card. If the winner does not already have an ODIX Pay account, they must register on the ODIX Pay app after receiving the winner notification. If the winner already has an ODIX Pay account but has not completed KYC, they must successfully complete the KYC verification process in order to receive the reward. If the winner is not eligible to receive an ODIX Purple Virtual Card, the reward will not be granted and the reward right may be transferred to a backup winner.

9. KYC Verification Requirement In order to receive the reward, the selected winner must successfully complete the KYC verification process. The KYC process is conducted in accordance with ODIX Pay’s applicable compliance, identity verification, AML, risk management and user eligibility policies. During the KYC verification process, the user may be asked to provide an identity document, proof of address, additional information or additional documents. No reward will be granted to users who fail KYC verification, do not complete the verification process, fail to provide required information or documents, provide incomplete or incorrect information, or are deemed unsuitable by ODIX Pay. If a user fails KYC verification, their reward right will be cancelled and may be transferred to a backup winner.

10. KYC Completion Period A selected winner must register on the ODIX Pay app and initiate the KYC verification process within [3 days / period to be confirmed] from the date the winner notification is sent. ODIX Pay may require the KYC process to be completed within the period specified in the f inal campaign terms. If the selected winner does not register, does not initiate the KYC process, does not complete the KYC process or fails verification within the specified period, their reward right will be cancelled. In such case, ODIX Pay reserves the right to assign the reward to a backup winner selected from eligible participants who correctly predicted the winning team.

11. Winner Selection After the World Cup final match has been completed, participants who submitted valid entries within the campaign period will be reviewed. First, participants who correctly predicted the World Cup winning team will be identified. Then, it will be checked whether those participants fulfilled the campaign participation requirements. Among eligible participants who correctly predicted the winning team, 250 winners will be selected by draw. Backup winners may also be selected as part of the draw process. ODIX Pay reserves the right to record, supervise or conduct the draw process through a third-party tool.

12. Backup Winners ODIX Pay may select backup winners in case any of the main winners fail to qualify for the reward. The reward right may be transferred to a backup winner in the following cases: • The main winner does not open an ODIX Pay account, • The main winner does not complete KYC verification, • The main winner fails KYC verification, • The main winner is not eligible to receive an ODIX Purple Virtual Card, • The main winner cannot be reached, • The main winner is found to have violated the campaign terms, • The main winner is found to have used a fake, bot or fraudulent account, • The main winner refuses the reward. Backup winners are subject to the same eligibility, registration and KYC requirements.

13. Number of Entries and Unique User Rule Each Instagram user may be allowed to participate with multiple comments or only one comment. This rule will be finalized by ODIX Pay before the campaign is published. However, in all cases, one user may receive only 1 reward. If the same person is found to have participated using multiple Instagram accounts, fake accounts, bot accounts or accounts belonging to third parties, ODIX Pay reserves the right to invalidate such entries. ODIX Pay may disqualify multiple, fake, manipulative or abusive entries that are considered to have been made by the same person.

14. Invalid Entry Conditions An entry may be considered invalid in the following cases: • The participant does not follow ODIX Pay’s official Instagram account, • The participant does not like the campaign post, • The prediction comment is submitted outside the campaign period, • The prediction is unclear or not understandable, • The comment does not tag 3 friends, • Participation is made through fake, bot or spam accounts, • The comment includes inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, unlawful or branddamaging content, • The team prediction is changed later or manipulative behavior is detected, • The same user attempts to manipulate the campaign through multiple accounts, • The participant fails to provide verification information requested by ODIX Pay, • The participant does not successfully complete KYC verification. ODIX Pay reserves the final right to determine whether an entry is valid or invalid.

15. Winner Announcement Winners will be announced after the World Cup final match and following completion of the review and draw process. Winner announcement date: 22/07/2026 Winners may be announced through one or more of the following channels: • ODIX Pay Instagram account, • ODIX Pay website, • Instagram direct message, • ODIX Pay app, • Email or other communication channels. Participants must ensure that their Instagram accounts are accessible and that they are able to respond to messages sent by ODIX Pay.

16. Communication with Winners ODIX Pay or teams authorized by ODIX Pay may contact selected winners. Winners may be required to: • Register on the ODIX Pay app, • Complete KYC verification, • Provide verification information to help match their Instagram account with their ODIX Pay account, • Provide technical or operational information required for reward assignment, • Confirm acceptance of the campaign terms. If a winner does not complete the required steps within the notified period, they may lose their reward right.

17. Reward Assignment Rewards will be assigned to winners who successfully complete KYC verification and are eligible to receive an ODIX Purple Virtual Card. The reward will be assigned within a period determined by ODIX Pay. Reward assignment timing may vary depending on technical, operational, security, compliance or third-party service provider processes. The reward will become available through the winner’s ODIX Purple Virtual Card balance. Use of the reward is subject to ODIX Pay card terms of use, relevant service provider rules and applicable laws and regulations.

18. Reward Usage The reward assigned to the ODIX Purple Virtual Card may be used in eligible usage areas supported by the card. Card usage is subject to card program rules, transaction limits, country restrictions, user eligibility, transaction security and applicable legal requirements. ODIX Pay reserves the right to inform users that the reward may not be usable for certain transaction types, countries, sectors, merchant categories or technically unsupported areas. The reward balance cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another user or moved to another account unless expressly permitted by ODIX Pay.

19. Tax and Legal Obligations Any tax, declaration, reporting or other legal obligations that may arise in relation to the campaign reward may vary depending on the participant’s country and applicable laws. Participants are responsible for any tax or legal obligations that may apply in their country. ODIX Pay may request additional information, reporting or verification where required by legal obligations.

20. Country Restrictions and Eligibility Participation in the campaign and reward eligibility may depend on the user’s country of residence, country of identity document issuance, ODIX Pay service availability, card program eligibility, KYC result and applicable laws and regulations. ODIX Pay may restrict participation or reward eligibility for users from certain countries, regions or locations considered high-risk. Participation in the campaign does not guarantee the right to open an ODIX Pay account, pass KYC, receive a card or receive a reward.

21. Changes to Campaign Terms ODIX Pay reserves the right to amend the campaign terms during or after the campaign period due to legal, technical, operational, commercial, security, compliance or force majeure reasons. ODIX Pay has the right to suspend, extend, terminate early, modify the reward mechanism or fully cancel the campaign. Such changes may be announced through communication channels deemed appropriate by ODIX Pay.

22. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification ODIX Pay may disqualify participants if it detects fraud, abuse, fake account usage, bot usage, mass account creation, manipulation, misleading information or attempts to misuse the campaign system. The following may be considered abuse: • Participation through fake Instagram accounts, • Use of bots or automation, • Manipulation through multiple accounts, • Use of another person’s identity or account information, • Providing misleading, incomplete or incorrect information, • Providing fake or invalid documents during KYC, • Any attempt to abuse ODIX Pay systems or campaign rules. Disqualified participants cannot claim any reward. ODIX Pay reserves the right to cancel the reward right, reclaim any assigned reward or place the account under review in case of detected abuse.

23. Limitation of Liability ODIX Pay is not responsible for technical issues caused by Instagram, unavailable comments, account closures, deleted comments, internet connection issues, user errors, third-party platform failures or technical disruptions outside ODIX Pay’s control. Participants are responsible for completing all required campaign steps accurately, completely and on time. ODIX Pay cannot be held liable for loss of rights caused by incomplete or incorrect participation, wrong predictions, incorrect tagging, technical disruptions, delays or inability to contact the participant.

24. Relationship with Instagram This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By participating in the campaign, participants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for this campaign. Participants’ use of Instagram is subject to Instagram’s own terms of use and community guidelines.

25. FIFA, World Cup and Third-Party Rights This campaign is an independent prediction campaign organized by ODIX Pay. The campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with FIFA, the World Cup organization, any national team, federation, sponsor, broadcaster or third-party brand. Official World Cup logos, FIFA logos, team logos or licensed visuals must not be used in campaign communications. Football-themed visuals may be communicated through general football icons, balls, pitch graphics, trophy silhouettes or abstract visuals.

26. Personal Data and Privacy As part of the campaign, ODIX Pay may process participants’ Instagram username, comment information, tagging information, ODIX Pay account information, information provided during KYC and other information required for reward assignment. Personal data may be used for the purposes of operating the campaign, selecting winners, conducting eligibility checks, completing KYC verification, assigning rewards, fulfilling legal obligations and preventing abuse. ODIX Pay processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its own privacy policy. Participants are also required to accept the relevant privacy policy and user agreements when registering on the ODIX Pay app and completing the KYC process.

28. Important Notices • Participation in the campaign does not guarantee winning a reward. • The reward will only be granted to 250 winners selected by draw from eligible participants who correctly predicted the winning team. • The reward will be assigned through an ODIX Purple Virtual Card. • Registration on the ODIX Pay app and successful KYC verification are mandatory in order to receive the reward. • Users who fail KYC verification will not receive the reward. • ODIX Pay reserves the right not to grant the reward based on eligibility, security and compliance checks. • Campaign terms apply. • This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, FIFA or the World Cup organization.

29. Short Campaign Text As part of the ODIX Pay World Cup Prediction Campaign, participants may join the campaign by commenting the team they believe will win the World Cup under the campaign post published on ODIX Pay’s official Instagram account and tagging 3 friends. To participate, users must follow the ODIX Pay Instagram account and like the campaign post. Among eligible participants who correctly predict the World Cup winning team, 250 winners will be selected by draw. Each winner will receive a reward worth 20 USD, assigned through an ODIX Purple Virtual Card. In order to receive the reward, winners must register on the ODIX Pay app and successfully complete the KYC verification process.
