The ODIX Top-Up Rewards Program (“Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of ODIX. By participating in the Program, the user (“User”) unequivocally agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Users who do not accept these Terms may not participate in the Program.

1. Definitions and Scope

1.1 “ODIX Wallet” refers to the User’s electronic money account within the ODIX ecosystem.

1.2 “Top-Up” means any successful balance load performed by the User into the ODIX Wallet.

1.3 “Monthly Period” refers to the time between 00:00 on the first day of the month and 23:59 on the last day of the same month.

1.4 “Card Types” include the ODIX White Virtual Card, ODIX Black Plastic Card, and ODIX Diamond Metal Card.

1.5 “Monthly Top-Up Amount” refers to the total value of all valid Top-Up transactions completed within a Monthly Period.

1.6 “Reward” refers to the USDT bonus allocated to the User upon meeting the applicable top-up thresholds as defined herein.

2. Nature of the Program

2.1 The Program is not a financial product, interest-bearing scheme, investment service, or guaranteed profit mechanism.

2.2 Participation in the Program does not create any vested or permanent right for the User.

2.3 ODIX reserves the unrestricted right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 The User must hold an active, verified ODIX account and a valid ODIX card.

3.2 Eligibility criteria and technical requirements for Program participation may be amended by ODIX at its sole discretion.

3.3 ODIX may, without providing justification, deny or revoke any User’s eligibility.

4. Reward Calculation Methodology

4.1 Rewards are calculated exclusively based on the User’s total Monthly Top-Up Amount for the corresponding Monthly Period.

4.2 Only completed, irreversible Top-Up transactions are considered valid.

4.3 Rewards are awarded according to the User’s card type and the applicable top-up tiers set out below.

4.1 ODIX White Virtual Card

• 200 USDT → 5 USDT

• 400 USDT → 10 USDT

• 600 USDT → 15 USDT (maximum)

4.2 ODIX Black Plastic Card

• 400 USDT → 10 USDT

• 800 USDT → 20 USDT

• 1200 USDT → 30 USDT (maximum)

  
  

4.3 ODIX Diamond Metal Card

• 1000 USDT → 25 USDT

• 2000 USDT → 50 USDT

• 3500 USDT → 80 USDT (maximum)

5. Reward Allocation

5.1 Rewards are credited to the User’s ODIX Wallet within up to five (5) business days following the end of each Monthly Period.

5.2 ODIX may extend the crediting timeline for operational or technical reasons without incurring liability.

5.3 Rewards are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and cannot be redeemed as cash or transferred outside the ODIX platform.

6. Cancellations, Chargebacks, and Fraud Prevention

6.1 If any Top-Up transaction within a Monthly Period is reversed, refunded, disputed, or subject to chargeback, ODIX may withhold or cancel any associated Reward.

6.2 ODIX retains full authority to investigate and respond to suspected abuse, including but not limited to:

a) fraudulent activity,

b) system exploitation,

c) multi-account manipulation,

d) coordinated misuse,

e) artificial inflation of transaction volumes.

6.3 In such cases, ODIX may:

• deny Rewards,

• revoke previously credited Rewards,

• restrict access to the Program,

• suspend or permanently terminate the User’s account,

• report the activity to relevant authorities, if deemed necessary.

7. Card Upgrades and Downgrades

7.1 Changing card types does not retroactively alter the Monthly Top-Up Amount calculation for the ongoing Monthly Period.

7.2 The rules corresponding to the new card type become effective from the following Monthly Period onward.

7.3 ODIX reserves the right to reset or cancel Reward progress upon a card type change.

8. ODIX Liability Disclaimer

8.1 ODIX does not guarantee that Users will earn any specific Reward amount or any Reward at all.

8.2 ODIX shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures arising from:

• network outages,

• third-party service provider failures,

• payment processor delays,

• maintenance operations,

• force majeure events.

8.3 ODIX is not responsible for losses resulting from User error, misunderstanding of Program rules, or incorrect top-up submissions.

8.4 The Program may be restricted, altered, or discontinued based on ODIX’s risk, compliance, or operational policies.

9. Program Modification or Termination

9.1 ODIX may revise, limit, suspend, or entirely terminate the Program without prior notice.

9.2 Changes are effective immediately upon publication on the ODIX website.

9.3 Users have no claim to any Reward that has not yet been credited at the time of Program modification or termination.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ODIX is registered.

10.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to the Program shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Acceptance

By participating in the Program or performing any Top-Up transaction, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

12. Multiple Card Ownership and Reward Eligibility

12.1 Ownership of more than one card of the same card type does not entitle the User to multiple Rewards for that card type.

For example, if a User holds two (2) White Virtual Cards, the White Card Reward may only be earned once, based on the combined monthly top-up total for that card type.

12.2 If a User holds different card types simultaneously, the User may earn a separate Reward for each distinct card type, provided that the qualifying thresholds for each card are met independently.

Accordingly, a User who holds both a White Virtual Card and a Black Plastic Card may earn two separate Rewards—one per card type.

12.3 All top-ups made using multiple cards of the same card type shall be aggregated into a single cumulative monthly total, and only one Reward shall be issued for that card type, regardless of the number of cards held.

12.4 ODIX reserves the right to deny, cancel, or revoke Rewards, and/or suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Program, if ODIX detects or reasonably suspects:

a) artificial inflation of activity through multiple cards,

b) manipulation of Program mechanics,

c) multi-account abuse,

d) fraudulent or deceptive conduct, or

e) any other activity deemed abusive or inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program.

12.5 ODIX retains full and final discretion to determine how multiple cards held by a single User shall be treated for the purposes of Reward calculation, aggregation, eligibility, and Program compliance.
