“Top Up 1,000 USD within 3 hours, earn a 10 USD bonus!” – Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Name and Organizer

• This campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized by Odix Pay (“ODIX”).

• By participating in the Campaign, users are deemed to have accepted these Campaign Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).

2. Campaign Period

• The Campaign will be valid for a period determined by ODIX (the “Campaign Period”).

• The start and end dates/times of the Campaign Period will be announced by ODIX via its official communication channels (such as in-app notifications, email, website or social media).

• ODIX reserves the right to change, shorten, extend or terminate the Campaign Period at any time and will communicate any updates through its official channels.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the Campaign, a participant must:

• Have an active ODIX account,

• Have completed KYC (know your customer) verification,

• Hold at least one ODIX card (virtual or physical) eligible for top up,

• At all times comply with ODIX’s general Terms of Use, AML/CTF and KYC policies.

Users who are blocked, restricted, under review, or who violate ODIX policies may be excluded from the Campaign.

4. Campaign Mechanics – How to Qualify for the Bonus

• The Campaign is applied within 3 (three) hour time windows determined and announced by ODIX (each a “Qualifying Time Window”).

• During the Campaign Period, ODIX may define one or more Qualifying Time Windows and will announce the date/time details of these windows in advance via its official channels.

• In order for a user to qualify for the Bonus, during a single Qualifying Time Window announced by ODIX the user must:

o Successfully complete top up transactions with a total amount of at least 1,000 USD.

• The user may perform more than one top up within the same Qualifying Time Window; what matters is that, within the announced 3-hour period, the total of these top ups reaches 1,000 USD or more.

• Top up transactions carried out outside the announced Qualifying Time Window do not count towards the 1,000 USD threshold for this Campaign.

5. Bonus Amount and Crediting Time

• The Bonus amount is 10 USD.

• After ODIX confirms that the user has met the Campaign conditions, the Bonus will be assigned to the relevant ODIX card within a maximum of 24 (twenty-four) hours.

• The user can see the assigned Bonus amount in the balance of the relevant card and may use it in accordance with ODIX’s product terms (e.g. card spending, withdrawals, etc., subject to applicable fees and limits).

• The Bonus is in all cases subject to ODIX’s verification and is not guaranteed in advance for any user.

6. Limits and Restrictions

• Unless explicitly stated otherwise by ODIX, each eligible user may earn a maximum of one (1) Bonus during the Campaign Period.

• Only completed and not reversed top up transactions count towards the 1,000 USD threshold for the relevant Qualifying Time Window.

• The following transactions are not included in the 1,000 USD threshold calculation:

o Transactions that are refunded, reversed or subject to chargeback,

o Transactions flagged by ODIX as suspicious, fraudulent or artificial transaction patterns,

o Top up transactions that violate ODIX’s Terms of Use, AML/CTF policies or the rules of card issuers.

7. Abuse, Misconduct and Compliance

• ODIX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

o Exclude any user from the Campaign,

o Suspend, cancel or reclaim any Bonus that appears to have been earned,

o Close or restrict the relevant user account,
where there is suspicion of fraud, abuse, multiple account usage, artificial transaction activity, or any behaviour contrary to ODIX policies.

• ODIX may request additional information or documentation from users in order to verify eligibility and compliance. If the requested information or documents are not provided, the Bonus payment may not be made or may be cancelled.

8. Nature of the Bonus

• The Bonus does not constitute interest, investment return, deposit protection or any form of guaranteed profit.

• The Bonus does not represent an independent cash value outside the ODIX ecosystem; however, it may be used in accordance with ODIX’s general product terms and subject to applicable fees and limits.

• The Bonus may not be transferred, sold, assigned, pledged or otherwise encumbered to/for third parties.

9. Taxes and Obligations

• Any taxes, duties or legal obligations arising from earning the Bonus are the sole responsibility of the participant.

• ODIX shall not be liable for any tax or legal obligations that may arise for participants as a result of this Campaign.

10. Amendments and Termination

• ODIX reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign and these Terms at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes will be announced via ODIX’s official channels (website, app, email, etc.).

• In the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and ODIX’s general Terms of Use, the ODIX Terms of Use shall prevail.

11. Governing Law

• These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable to ODIX in its operating jurisdiction(s).

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Campaign shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanisms set out in ODIX’s general Terms of Use.
