OFFICIAL RULES AND ANNOUNCEMENT

By entering this giveaway, you agree to all the rules listed below. If you do not agree, you cannot participate.

SECTION 1: GENERAL CAMPAIGN RULES AND ENTRY PROTOCOL

1.1. This promotional campaign is organized, managed, and funded exclusively by ODIX PAY GLOBAL. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.), Apple Inc., Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, or any other third-party corporate entity.

1.2. Campaign Period: The giveaway officially begins on September 9, 2026, immediately upon the publication of the official giveaway promotional post on the @odixpayglobal Instagram account, and will remain open until October 9, 2026 at 23:59 (11:59 PM). Any participation, comment, engagement, or attempted entry submitted after the campaign closing time will not be accepted and will not be included in the randomized drawing pool.

1.3. Age Requirement: Participation in this giveaway is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate under any circumstances. By entering the giveaway, each participant represents and confirms that they are at least 18 years old. Odix Pay reserves the right to request valid proof of age or government-issued identification during the verification and prize-claim process. Failure or refusal to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

1.4. To successfully enter the randomized drawing pool, participants must accurately complete the following actions on the Instagram platform:

• Follow the official verified handle: @odixpayglobal.

• Click the “Like” icon on the official giveaway promotional post.

• Navigate to the comments section and submit a comment tagging exactly 3 (three) individual, real friends.

1.5. Entry Limitations and Spam Caps: Participants may submit a maximum of 3 (three) distinct comments to increase their mathematical probability of winning. However, each submitted comment must contain completely non-overlapping tags (you must tag different friends in each separate comment).

1.6. Disallowed Engagements: Tagging verified public figures, celebrities, corporate brand pages, automated profiles, or fake/ghost accounts is strictly forbidden. Submitting more than 3 comments, repeating the same tags, or engaging in recursive self-tagging will result in the immediate invalidation of your entire entry history.

1.7. Geographic and Service Availability Requirement: Participation and prize eligibility are strictly subject to the availability of ODIX Pay services in the participant’s country or jurisdiction. If ODIX Pay, the ODIX platform, ODIX Card services, account registration, KYC verification, or any service technically or legally required for the receipt of a particular prize is not officially available, supported, or legally permitted in the participant’s country or jurisdiction at the time of winner verification or prize distribution, the participant will not be eligible to receive the prize.

Participants are solely responsible for confirming before entering that ODIX Pay services are legally and operationally available in their country of residence. The ability to access the ODIX website, mobile application, social media accounts, or promotional materials does not by itself constitute confirmation that ODIX Pay financial services are officially available in a particular country or jurisdiction.

If a selected winner resides in a country or jurisdiction in which ODIX Pay cannot lawfully or operationally provide the account, card, KYC, financial, payment, wallet, or prize-delivery services required for fulfillment of the applicable prize, that winner will be disqualified and the prize may be transferred to the next eligible backup winner. Odix Pay shall have no obligation to provide an alternative prize, substitute payment method, third-party transfer, cryptocurrency payment, bank transfer, physical cash payment, or any other workaround intended to bypass regional, regulatory, compliance, sanctions, licensing, technical, or service-availability restrictions.

SECTION 2: SUSPICIOUS PROFILE ASSESSMENT AND DISQUALIFICATION RIGHTS

2.1. Odix Pay reserves the absolute, unilateral right to cancel your entry and purge your account from the drawing database at any stage of the campaign if our compliance or security systems flag the profile as suspicious, duplicate, high risk, or fraudulent.

2.2. Indicators of a suspicious account include, but are not limited to: automated bot activity, synthetic profiles, “giveaway burner accounts” designed solely for promotional harvesting, hidden follower structures, unnatural spikes in engagement, or lack of organic content. Odix Pay is under no legal obligation to provide external verification, justification, or forensic proof to the user regarding security-based disqualifications.

SECTION 3: PRIZE STRUCTURE, ASSET CONVERSION, AND VALUATION BASIS

3.1. To completely eliminate international shipping friction, transit delays, high import tariffs, localized hardware locking, or customs clearance failures across global borders, no physical technology hardware, gadgets, or merchandise will be packaged or shipped under any circumstances.

3.2. All physical rewards are systematically converted into their liquid cash equivalent and will be credited directly to the winners’ verified Odix Card balances. The valuation matrix is locked and calculated strictly based on retail market prices within the Australian market:

Tier 4 Cash Reward (3 Winners): Direct fiat cash reward of $200 USD each.

Tier 5 Cash Reward (19 Winners): Direct fiat cash reward of $100 USD each.

3.3. All prize values and cash-equivalent conversion amounts listed in this Section are based on retail market prices in Australia as of June 15, 2026 (15.06.2026), and are fixed exclusively for the purposes of this giveaway campaign. These values shall not be adjusted to reflect any subsequent changes in retail pricing, exchange rates, taxes, promotions, discounts, market conditions, or regional price differences occurring after this date.

3.4. Because of customs regulations, high import fees, and international shipping locks, all hardware values are calculated using current Australian retail market prices and distributed strictly as digital cash equivalents.

SECTION 4: STRICT 48-HOUR CLAIM WINDOW AND FORFEITURE CLAUSE

4.1. The 25 primary cash/cash-equivalent winners, along with a pool of sequential backup winners, will be selected using an audited, randomized digital drawing tool. The winning Instagram handles will be openly published via a permanent timeline post on the official @odixpayglobal page.

4.2. To validate a win and claim the cash-equivalent credit, a selected winner must actively initiate contact with Odix Pay through our official communication channels (such as official support networks, verified brand channels, or designated campaign verification desks) within exactly 2 days (48 hours) from the precise timestamp of the public announcement.

4.3. Failure to establish contact within the stipulated 48-hour window, failure to provide identification, or any violation of these rules will cause immediate, irreversible forfeiture of the prize. If a primary winner forfeits, the unassigned balance will automatically devolve to the next pre-selected backup winner, who will be bound by the exact same 48-hour communication protocol.

SECTION 5: VERIFICATION, KYC COMPLIANCE, AND RIGHT TO RECLAIM FUNDS

5.1. To receive a financial payout or card load, the participant must have a fully registered, active, and operational KYC-verified ODIX user account and an associated active Odix Card (Virtual or Physical) at the moment of fund distribution.

5.2. Selected winners are required to immediately disclose their unique internal ODIX ID to company compliance officers upon request. This information is mandatory to cross-reference social media identities with financial ecosystem identities, complete anti-fraud checks, and ensure strict adherence to international Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

5.3. Good Standing Covenant: The participant’s account must be in a status of “Good Standing” during the draw, audit, and fund disbursal phases. Any internal account that is suspended, locked, terminated, or undergoing active investigation for terms of service violations will be instantly disqualified.

5.4. Post-Selection Fraud Discovery and Absolute Revocation Rights: In the event that any fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, rule manipulation, multi-accounting bypass, or violation of the ODIX Platform User Agreement is discovered subsequent to the drawing or after a winner has been announced, Odix Pay reserves the ultimate legal right to retroactively revoke the win, void the prize allocation, and instantly cancel the transfer of funds. If the cash-equivalent credit has already been deposited into the participant’s Odix Card balance, the Company reserves the absolute legal right to reverse the transaction, freeze the funds, lock the associated card, or claw back the full amount from the account without your permission until a full forensic compliance audit is completed.

5.5. Country Eligibility and Regulatory Availability: Regardless of whether a participant has otherwise satisfied the Instagram entry requirements, no prize may be distributed to a participant located in a country or jurisdiction where ODIX Pay services, ODIX accounts, ODIX Cards, required KYC procedures, financial payouts, or any other component necessary to fulfill the prize is unavailable, prohibited, restricted, suspended, or legally incapable of being provided.

A participant’s eligibility may therefore be reassessed at any time before final prize fulfillment based on country availability, applicable laws and regulations, sanctions requirements, compliance restrictions, payment-service availability, KYC capability, shipping restrictions, import restrictions, or operational limitations. If ODIX Pay determines that the prize cannot legally or operationally be provided to a selected winner in their country, the winner will lose eligibility for that prize and the prize may be reassigned to a backup winner.

No participant shall be entitled to demand circumvention of geographic restrictions through VPN use, false residency information, third-party accounts, proxy recipients, forwarding addresses, accounts belonging to another person, or any other method designed to bypass ODIX Pay’s country availability or compliance requirements. Any such attempt may result in immediate disqualification.

SECTION 6: DISPUTE RESOLUTION, DISAGREEMENTS, AND BRAND REPUTATION SAFEGUARDS

6.1. Absolute Corporate Discretion: If any argument, dispute, conflict, or disagreement arises regarding the giveaway methodology, entry eligibility, random draw results, or rule interpretation, the final decision belongs only to Odix Pay. Our internal digital records, server logs, and database metrics shall stand as the absolute and final proof of engagement.

6.2. Reputation Clause: Any participant or selected winner who behaves aggressively, displays bad-faith gaming of the system, harms the brand’s public reputation, or initiates malicious disputes against the company will be instantly disqualified, their entries purged, and all associated prizes canceled. Furthermore, users acting in bad faith will be permanently blacklisted from accessing any future promotional, affiliate, or marketing campaigns hosted by the platform.

6.3. Odix Pay reserves the unilateral right to amend, change, pause, or cancel this giveaway, or modify these rules in whole or in part at any time and without prior notice, if the campaign faces technical corruption, severe server outages, unauthorized human intervention, widespread fraud, or force majeure events that impair the safety, fairness, and structural integrity of the giveaway.

All local, state, or international tax reporting obligations and liabilities arising from the receipt of prize credits remain the sole, non-transferable responsibility of the winning participant.

SECTION 7: FINAL AGREEMENT AND CLOSING STATEMENT

7.1. By participating in this giveaway campaign, you confirm that you have read, completely understood, and accepted all the rules, terms, and conditions listed above.

7.2. All decisions made by Odix Pay Global regarding winner selection, compliance audits, fund revocation, and dispute resolutions are absolute, final, and legally binding on all participants. The company reserves the right to reclaim funds and exclude users from the ecosystem if these terms are breached.
