PART A — ODIX PAY ACCOUNT AND WALLET

This Part A applies to your Account and Wallet. It must be read together with the General Terms. Words defined in the General Terms have the same meaning here.

1. OPENING YOUR ACCOUNT

1.1 You can open an Account through the App once you have completed our onboarding and KYC checks.

1.2 You may hold only one personal Account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. ADDING AND HOLDING FUNDS

2.1 You can top up your Account using the methods shown in the App. Available methods, limits and fees depend on your location and are shown before you confirm a Top-up.

2.2 Funds and Digital Assets in your Account are held in line with our Terms & Conditions, including the wallet and custody arrangements described there.

3. SENDING AND WITHDRAWING

3.1 You can send money to other ODIX Pay users or to eligible bank accounts, and withdraw Digital Assets to external wallets, where these features are available to you.

3.2 You must check recipient details carefully. Transfers on a blockchain network may be irreversible, and we may not be able to recover funds sent to the wrong address.

3.3 Withdrawal requests are processed as described in our Terms & Conditions and may be delayed for security, compliance or network reasons.

4. STATEMENTS

4.1 Your transaction history is available in the App. Please review it regularly and tell us promptly about any transaction you do not recognise.

5. DORMANT ACCOUNTS

5.1 If your Account is not used for a long period, we may contact you and, where permitted by Applicable Law, restrict the Account until you confirm your details.
