PART C.4 — PRICING POLICY

This page forms part of Part C (ODIX Deposit by Card). It explains how the Pricing Policy of our card-purchase partner, a licensed on/off-ramp partner (the "Card Purchase Partner"), applies when you use Deposit by Card in the ODIX Pay App, and summarises its main points.

Important: this is a summary prepared by ODIX for your convenience. The legally binding document is the Card Purchase Partner's Pricing Policy, which is shown to you at checkout before you accept it and is available on request from support@odixpay.com. If this summary and the partner's document differ, the partner's document applies.

1. HOW THIS RELATES TO ODIX

ODIX makes Deposit by Card available in the ODIX Pay App. The service itself — the card payment, the exchange and the delivery of Digital Assets to your ODIX Wallet — is provided entirely by the Card Purchase Partner, which for customers in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area is a company of its group established in the European Union.

The price, exchange rate and fees for a Deposit by Card order are set by the Card Purchase Partner and shown on the Card Purchase Partner's checkout in the ODIX Pay App before you confirm.

Any separate ODIX fee for using Deposit by Card, if one applies, is shown in the App before you confirm.

2. CARD PURCHASE PARTNER FEES

The Card Purchase Partner charges a service fee for processing your transaction, and passes on a network fee that is required by the blockchain. The network fee changes with network activity and is shown as an amount of the Digital Asset, without a mark-up by the Card Purchase Partner.

3. WHAT YOU SEE BEFORE YOU CONFIRM

The checkout shows what you spend, what you receive and the commission details, together with the exchange rate. The Card Purchase Partner states that all amounts payable to it are shown up front and that there are no hidden charges.

Network fees are set by the blockchain at the moment of execution, so the final network fee can differ from the estimate.

4. THIRD-PARTY CHARGES

Your bank, the acquiring institution, payment service providers or your card issuer may charge their own fees, for example if your card issuer treats the payment as a cash advance. These are set and disclosed by those providers, not by the Card Purchase Partner or ODIX.

5. FULL DOCUMENT AND QUESTIONS

The complete Pricing Policy of the Card Purchase Partner is shown to you at checkout before you accept it and is available on request from support@odixpay.com. The Card Purchase Partner may update it at any time; the version it currently publishes is the one that applies.
