E. ODIX Para Transferi
PART E — ODIX MONEY TRANSFER
This Part E applies when you send money with ODIX Money Transfer in the ODIX Pay App. It must be read together with the General Terms and our Terms & Conditions. Words with capital letters have the meanings given in the General Terms.
Important: ODIX offers Money Transfer to you, and the transfers are processed by our payments partner, a licensed payment partner (the "Payments Partner"). ODIX obtains this service from the Payments Partner under a contract. ODIX is the Payments Partner's account holder; you do not have a direct contract with the Payments Partner.

2. WHO PROVIDES THE SERVICE
2.1 ODIX offers Money Transfer to you in the App. Odix Technology AUS PTY. LTD. onboards you, carries out KYC and AML/CTF checks, receives your instructions and is the company you deal with for the service.
2.2 ODIX uses our payments partner to process and deliver transfers. ODIX's contract is with a licensed payment partner that is registered with the competent regulators in its jurisdiction as a money services business and payment service provider (the "Payments Partner"). An affiliate of the Payments Partner may act as its agent.
2.3 ODIX confirms that it offers Money Transfer to you and that the Payments Partner is the provider that processes the transfers. Under the Payments Partner's terms, the users of a platform such as ODIX do not have a direct contractual relationship with the Payments Partner, and a transfer does not create a relationship between the Payments Partner and the recipient. Your rights in relation to a transfer are against ODIX under these Terms.
2.4 The Payments Partner's own documents govern how the Payments Partner provides its services to ODIX. Each has its own page in this Legal centre, with a summary and an explanation of how it relates to you:
(a) E.1 Payments Partner General Terms
(b) E.2 Payments Partner Payouts Terms
(c) E.3 Payments Partner Privacy Policy
(d) E.4 Payments Partner Acceptable Use Policy
3. ELIGIBILITY AND CHECKS
3.1 You must meet the eligibility requirements of the General Terms and complete our identity verification before you can send money. Money Transfer is not available in every country or for every currency.
3.2 Every transfer is screened by ODIX and by the Payments Partner for anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, sanctions and fraud purposes. We or the Payments Partner may ask you for more information, such as the purpose of the transfer, your relationship with the recipient, or the source of your funds or wealth. Please answer promptly: the Payments Partner expects such requests to be answered within five business days, and a transfer may be held, refused or returned if information is not provided.
3.3 You must not use Money Transfer for any purpose prohibited by our General Terms or by the Payments Partner Acceptable Use Policy (see E.4 Payments Partner Acceptable Use Policy), including unlicensed money transmission on behalf of others, gambling, sanctioned persons or countries, or any unlawful activity. You may only send your own money, for your own purposes.
4. SENDING MONEY
4.1 Before you confirm a transfer, the App shows you the amount you send, the fees, the exchange rate (if a currency conversion applies) and the amount to be sent to the recipient. By confirming, you instruct us to make the transfer on those terms.
4.2 You must have enough available balance to cover the transfer and all fees. A transfer will not be sent if your balance is not sufficient.
4.3 You are responsible for the recipient details you enter, including the name, account number, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC and bank. Please check them carefully. If you give incorrect details, the money may be sent to the wrong account; we will try to help, but neither ODIX nor the Payments Partner can guarantee that it will be recovered, and any fees caused by incorrect details may be charged to you.
4.4 Once you have confirmed a transfer, it generally cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately if you believe a transfer was made in error.
5. EXCHANGE RATES AND FEES
5.1 Where your transfer involves a currency conversion, the rate is set by our provider and may include a margin. The rate shown in the App before you confirm is the rate applied to your transfer, unless the transfer is returned or refunded, in which case a different rate may apply to the returned amount.
5.2 ODIX's fees are shown in the App. Intermediary banks and the recipient's bank may deduct their own charges, so the recipient may receive less than the amount sent. These charges are outside the control of ODIX and the Payments Partner.
6. PROCESSING, DELAYS AND RETURNS
6.1 Transfers are sent once all compliance checks are complete. The Payments Partner aims to settle payouts quickly, but delivery times depend on the currency, the payment route, banking hours, the recipient's bank and any checks, and are not guaranteed.
6.2 A transfer may be delayed, held, refused, returned or reversed — even after it has been sent — for example if the recipient bank rejects it, if it was unauthorised or made in error, if it is linked to prohibited activity, or if a bank, regulator or payment provider requires it.
6.3 If a transfer fails or is returned, the amount returned to us (after any fees and charges deducted by banks, and any exchange rate difference) is credited back to your ODIX Account.
7. YOUR FUNDS
7.1 Your ODIX Account is not a bank account. Funds held for Money Transfer do not earn interest and are not covered by any deposit insurance scheme.
7.2 Funds held with the Payments Partner for transfers are safeguarded by the Payments Partner under the safeguarding rules that apply to it, in a trust account or a dedicated account backed by insurance or a guarantee, by the end of the business day after receipt. They are not covered by any deposit insurance scheme, and funds in transit are not covered by safeguarding.
8. SUSPENSION
8.1 We may suspend or restrict Money Transfer, or refuse a transfer, in the circumstances set out in the General Terms, or where the Payments Partner suspends or restricts its services to ODIX.
9. COMPLAINTS
9.1 Questions and complaints about a transfer should be sent to us at support@odixpay.com. Because you do not have a direct contract with the Payments Partner, ODIX handles your complaint and, where needed, raises it with the Payments Partner under our contract.
10. OUR RESPONSIBILITY
10.1 We are responsible to you for Money Transfer under these Terms. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect details you provide, by intermediary or recipient banks, by compliance checks required by law, or by events outside our reasonable control, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded. Nothing in this Part E limits any rights you have under Australian consumer law.
