You can delete your account yourself in the app. Here is how, and what happens to your data.

Delete your account yourself
You can delete your Odix Pay account at any time, right in the app.
Open the app
Open the Odix Pay app on your phone and sign in.
Tap Menu
Tap Menu in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
Open Account
Tap Account at the top of the menu.
Tap Delete account
Tap Delete account and follow the steps on screen to confirm.
Before you start: move any money left in your account out of it, and make sure no card payments are still pending.

What we delete
- Your Odix Pay account is closed and you can no longer sign in.
- Your Odix cards are cancelled and stop working.
- Your profile and the personal data we don't need to keep are deleted.
- We stop sending you marketing messages.
What we keep, and why
- Identity verification (KYC) records, such as the documents you used to verify your identity.
- Anti-money-laundering (AML) records and the checks we ran.
- Transaction records of payments made with your account.
As a regulated payment service, we have to keep these records after your account is closed. Anti-money-laundering rules may require us to keep them for up to 5 years after our relationship ends, or longer if a regulator requires it. They are stored securely, used only to meet our legal and regulatory duties, and deleted when that period ends.

If you can't sign in or the option doesn't work for you, contact us and our support team will help you delete your account.
Write to us from the email address linked to your Odix Pay account, so we can confirm it's you.
