1. HOW THIS RELATES TO ODIX
ODIX obtains the payment processing behind ODIX Money Transfer from the Payments Partner under a contract. ODIX is the Payments Partner's "Account Holder"; ODIX customers who send money through the App are not account holders of the Payments Partner and have no direct contract with the Payments Partner. ODIX remains responsible to you for the service under Part E.
The Payments Partner Acceptable Use Policy applies to the end clients of providers such as ODIX. ODIX must make sure that Money Transfer is used in line with it, so the activities below are also prohibited under Part E.
2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Moderate: sale of social media likes or followers, outbound telemarketing, pawn shops, credit repair, tobacco and nicotine products, misrepresented herbal products, and unlicensed tax, accounting or legal services.
Major: adult content, counterfeit goods, gambling and games of chance, illegal downloads, money changers or unlicensed money transmission, online pharmacies and prescription drugs, hazardous materials, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, shell banks or companies, stolen goods, surrogacy, unlicensed investment schemes and other industries prohibited by card schemes or payment partners.
Severe: illegal drugs and paraphernalia, human remains, hate, terror or violent content, sanctioned parties, and weapons, ammunition and explosives.
3. RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES
Some activities are allowed only after enhanced checks, including travel and ticketing, auctions, charities, crowdfunding, digital assets, virtual game credits, jewellery, licensed financial services, marketplaces and online medical services.
4. CONSEQUENCES
A breach can lead to immediate suspension or termination, withheld or frozen funds, reporting to the authorities and legal action. If we become aware that Money Transfer has been used in breach of this policy, we may refuse or hold transfers and close your account.
